- Library preparation from as little as 5 ng input DNA
- Suited for environmental and other samples
- Selection of PCR based or rapid sequencing approach
- Generation of sequencing reads as long as 20 kpb
- Includes computational analysis of data: Basecalling, assemby and annotation
- Starts at 300 € per sample
Oxford Nanopore (ONT) Genome Sequencing
- PCR less sequencing of high molecular weight DNA
- Suitable for isolates, cultures and enrichments
- Minimum input concentration of 50 ng/μl required
- Includes downstream processing of assembly and genome reconstruction
- Starts at 200 € per sample
