Eukrayotes are generally more variable and contain many different taxa groups. For a general overview usually 18S rRNA is a good options. For fungal target the ITS might be better suited. For 16S and 18S rRNA amplicons we use the SILVA database, for ITS we use a BLAST based approach.\u00a0<\/p><p>For less than 50 samples per project we charge 7\u20ac per sample. For 50 or more samples we charge 5\u20ac per sample.
