Damit wird die Sequenzierung zu erschwinglichen Kosten wieder ins eigene Labor gebracht und die Sequenzierung langer Read-L\u00e4ngen erm\u00f6glicht. Die Technologie wird st\u00e4ndig weiterentwickelt, und es ergeben sich viele neue Anwendungsm\u00f6glichkeiten. Die Analyse von ONT-Daten kann jedoch eine Herausforderung darstellen, und f\u00fcr die weitere Verarbeitung stehen verschiedene bioinformatische Werkzeuge zur Verf\u00fcgung. Insbesondere die genaue taxonomische Einordnung von Markergenen in voller L\u00e4nge, z. B. des 16S-rRNA-Gens oder der ITS-Region, kann problematisch sein.&nbsp;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d31ba88 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d31ba88\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ziel des Projektes:<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf40aeb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bf40aeb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div>Mit diesem Projekt zielen wir auf die Entwicklung einer Softwarel\u00f6sung, die eine verl\u00e4ssliche und genaue Klassifizierung von Amplikon- und Metabarcoding-Daten (wie 16S rRNA und andere) erlaubt. Durch das Verwenden der langen Reads, wollen wir eine Klassifizierung auf Artenebene erm\u00f6glichen wann immer dies m\u00f6glich ist.
